児童館
The Children's Hall is an indoor facility that provides wholesome and enjoyable play spaces for children in the community, promoting their physical and mental development as well as nurturing local organizations such as mothers' clubs.
The facility is equipped with play equipment (the Children's Center has equipment for improving physical strength), and dedicated staff provide play guidance for neighborhood children.
We also accept various consultations regarding child-rearing concerns and the children's own worries. Please feel free to contact us.

Usage Guide
How to Use
For elementary school students and above, submission of
"Registration Card" is required when using the facility.
- The registration card records each child's emergency contact information and is used only for emergencies.
- To ensure accurate emergency contact information, registration cards for elementary school students must be filled out by a parent or guardian.
- The registration card does not limit which children's hall a child can use, but submission is required at each hall.
- The registration card is discarded in the year the child turns 19. If the registered information changes, please register again.
Precautions When Warnings Are Issued
- If a warning is in effect at 7:00 AM, the Children's Center will be closed for the entire day. Even if the warning is lifted later, the facility will not open that day.
- If a warning is issued while the facility is open, visiting children will wait inside the facility until picked up by their guardians. Please come to pick up your child.
Rules of the Children's Hall
Preschool children must be accompanied by a guardian.
Guardians, please keep an eye on your children during activities to prevent injuries or accidental ingestion.
Elementary school students and above may use the play room and library room by themselves. In that case, please follow the promises below.
- 1登録カードを提出し、受付で名前・来館時間・帰宅時間を記入しましょう。
- 2館内の遊具を使って過ごしましょう。使用後は元の場所に戻しましょう。
- 3大事なもの（ゲーム、お金など）は持ってこないようにしましょう。
- 4事故やけがにつながる危険な遊びはやめましょう。
- 5公共マナーを守るとともに、常に利用する全てのお友だちが気持ちよく遊べるような方法を考えましょう。
- 6駐車場での危険な行為はやめましょう。周辺道路を通行する際は、周りをよく見て事故が起こらないよう気をつけましょう。

乳幼児室
67.09㎡乳幼児のおもちゃや遊具があります。
子どもたち、さらには保護者の皆さんが気軽に交流できる空間です。
※未就学児とその保護者のみ入室可です。
※部屋の貸出はいたしません。
遊戯室
150.80㎡0歳から18歳までの児童とその保護者の方がご利用いただける部屋です。
子どもたちが自由に活動できる遊び空間です。
※遊戯室は使用できない時間帯（事業実施等）があります。
※児童館休館日、平日18時以降には貸室として専有使用が可能です。
Facility Guide
Kasahara Community Center is a multi-purpose facility combining the functions of a community hall, children's center, and library. The building also houses the district office and the Kasahara Town Chamber of Commerce.
