Using the rental facilities requires an advance application and a set usage fee.
The usage time includes preparation and cleanup by the users themselves.

Usage Guide
How to Apply and Reserve
Using the rental facilities requires advance application using the following methods. You can also check availability and accept reservations through the same methods.

- Facilities can be reserved online.
- Prior user registration is required.
- Please register at Kasahara Community Center or your nearest public facility in Tajimi.
Checking Availability & Reservation Acceptance
- Payment of the facility usage fee is required at the time of application. Cash only.
- Upon payment, a "Usage Permit" will be issued.
On the Day of Use
- On the day of use, please come to the center's front desk. We will hand you the key.
- After use, please return the key to the center's front desk.
- Please pay for any air conditioning or attached equipment usage on the day, based on actual use.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your use, please contact us by the day before. Cancellations made by the day before are fully refundable.
Please note before using
The community center cannot be used for the following purposes:
- The entire premises are non-smoking.
- Please refrain from bringing in hazardous or flammable materials.
- Please take any trash generated during use with you when you leave.
Rental Facilities
We offer various types of rooms to suit your needs.
From halls for concerts and lectures to large and small meeting rooms for seminars, meetings, and circle activities — available for groups, circles, and individuals.

Facility Guide
Kasahara Community Center is a multi-purpose facility combining the functions of a community hall, children's center, and library. The building also houses the district office and the Kasahara Town Chamber of Commerce.
